Kelley Banno Sahliyeh is the Founder and Principal of Monroe & Co., a brand strategist and celebrated force in the beverage alcohol industry with more than two decades of experience elevating imported wines, tequila, and craft spirits into coveted market leaders. Known for her polished approach to brand building and instinctive understanding of premium positioning, Kelley specializes in crafting sophisticated route-to-market strategies, unforgettable launches, and enduring brand desirability.
Based in Dallas, Kelley has built a career defined by accelerated growth, influential partnerships, and the art of turning heritage and provenance into cultural relevance. As Vice President of Sales at Casa Del Sol and previously Director of Sales, Central U.S. for Tequila Casa Dragones, she led transformative expansion efforts—cultivating elite distributor relationships, designing refined go-to-market strategies, and guiding high-performing teams to surpass ambitious sales goals.
Her tenure at Azar Family Brands saw the creation of elevated programming that doubled year-over-year sales, while her time at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits established her reputation for securing premier on- and off-premise placements that amplified both visibility and prestige.
